An IPTV stream player reads the connection supplied by a media provider and presents live channels, movies or series on the television. Orion Player separates the TV interface from playlist entry, letting you configure the device from a browser.

The player and the playlist are different services. Orion Player supplies the interface and device connection. Your provider controls the playlist server, credentials, stream availability and geographic or IP restrictions.
Paying for an Orion Player license cannot repair an expired provider account, an offline server or a stream blocked by the provider's network rules. Use the trial period to test your own source first.

Identify the TV
Copy the MAC displayed by Orion Player. It links the web configuration to that particular television.
Store the source
Select the matching format and submit the exact URL or credentials through the secure playlist form.
Request the streams
Reload the TV app. Orion Player requests the configuration and plays addresses returned by the connected provider.

Common questions before setup.
Is Orion Player an IPTV service?
No. It is a media player for user-provided sources and does not include a channel package or streaming subscription.
Can the player validate every provider?
No. A provider may reject requests outside an authorized network even when the same playlist can be used by the television on the customer's connection.
Which URL should I paste?
Paste the exact address supplied by your provider. Do not remove query parameters, tokens, the port or the protocol.
