Troubleshooting

If something does not appear.

The TV says there is no playlist

Check that the MAC entered on the website is identical to the one shown in Orion Player. A single different character links the playlist to another device.

The playlist was saved but the TV still shows old data

Press Reload in Orion Player. If it still does not change, refresh the TV cache from the user panel and completely reopen the app.

Which playlist type should I select?

Select Xtream when you received a server URL, username and password. Select M3U when you received one complete playlist URL.

Does activation include channels?

No. Activation unlocks Orion Player for that device. Channels and playlists must come from a source you are authorized to use.
