IPTV player for LG Smart TV and webOS
Orion Player lets you connect a playlist supplied by your own media provider to a compatible LG Smart TV. Playlist setup happens in the browser, so long URLs and account details do not need to be typed with the television remote.
Made for the Smart TV workflow. Open Orion Player on the LG television, copy the MAC shown inside the app and use that identifier on this website.
The player then retrieves the configuration linked to that device. Playback availability still depends on the playlist provider, its server and the television's internet connection.

Enter the server address, username and password when your provider supplies separate Xtream Codes connection details.

Manage the playlist from a phone or computer, then reload the app on the LG TV to request the latest configuration.
LG Smart TV setup
Connect Orion Player in three steps.
Open the TV app
Open Orion Player and copy the MAC displayed in Settings → Info. Do not use the network MAC from the LG settings menu.
Add the connection
Choose the correct playlist type on the web portal and enter the exact details received from your provider.
Reload the player
Return to the LG TV and reload Orion Player. If the provider is online and permits the connection, the playlist can then be loaded.

What to know before choosing a player.
Is Orion Player the same as SmartOne IPTV for LG?
No. Orion Player is an independent product and is not affiliated with SmartOne IPTV. They are separate Smart TV media players with their own apps, portals, features and licensing.
Does Orion Player provide an IPTV subscription?
No. Orion Player only plays user-provided sources. Activation does not include channels, streams, movies, series or provider credentials.
Why can a playlist work on one network but not another?
Some providers restrict access by country, internet provider, VPN or authorized IP address. That restriction belongs to the playlist service, not the Orion Player license.
